Overlocker operator — Lavun

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an overlocker operator in Lavun, Niger State. You will attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet; keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line; change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation; inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes; match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching; topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish. Requirements: • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance 1+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
