Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Denton County, Texas. You should have: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Day to day you will scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils.
