Powder coating operator — Warren County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Warren County, Mississippi. You will work in a busy paint shop. The role involves: • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating Requirements: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Willing to work shifts and overtime Full-time, day shift.
