Immediate opening: articulated lorry driver (Ohio)

Great opportunity: we are hiring an articulated lorry driver in Fayette County, Ohio. The job is at a haulage company. The role involves: • Plan routes and rest stops in line with driving-hours rules • Check tyre pressures, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels • Check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits • Operate tail-lifts and pump trucks during loading and unloading • Report defects and book the unit in for servicing What we are looking for: • Valid digital tachograph card • Clean driving record with no recent endorsements • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules Six days a week, one day off.
