Immediate opening: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Langtang South, Plateau State. The role involves keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts. You should have: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler Pay around ₦800 per hour, based on your experience.
