Rough terrain crane operator • Knox County, Kentucky

Join our team: we are hiring a rough terrain crane operator in Knox County, Kentucky. You will be based on a busy construction site. Day to day you will park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift; watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity; keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL); keep a safe distance from overhead power lines; read and interpret the load chart before every lift; follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
