Great opportunity: we are hiring a backhoe loader operator in Concho County, Texas. You will be based at a stone quarry. You should have: • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence Day to day you will load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket; level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines; break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment; stockpile and spread material to the required levels; load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely. 1+ years on the tools preferred. $19 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
