Waitress — Inverclyde

Immediate opening: we are hiring a waitress in Inverclyde, Scotland. On a typical shift you will polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket). What we are looking for: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
