Floor screeder • Warren County, Ohio

Now hiring: we are hiring a floor screeder in Warren County, Ohio. The role involves set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins; erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour; compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing; lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade; give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified; carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab. You should have: • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
