We are recruiting: we are hiring a machine operator in Miami County, Ohio. The role involves: • Load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper • Measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature • Report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter • Follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine • Clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line Ideal candidate: • Good attention to detail and steady hands • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills 6+ years on the tools preferred.
