Join our team: we are hiring a baker in Greene County, Illinois. You will work at an in-store supermarket bakery. On the job you will handle: • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards You should have: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. $32 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
