Maintenance painter — Jackson County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a maintenance painter in Jackson County, Missouri. What we are looking for: • Reliable, punctual and tidy on site • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolding • Own brushes and basic hand tools On a typical shift you will measure up and work out paint and material quantities; cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames; clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job; strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns; fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps; carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover. 3+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $3,100 per month plus benefits. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
