Shuttering carpenter — Marshall County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a shuttering carpenter in Marshall County, West Virginia. You will be based on a busy high-rise construction site. You should have: • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing On the job you will handle: • Apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting • Check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line • De-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse • Cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs • Box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations • Strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured Full-time, day shift.
