Vacuum press operator — Amelia County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a vacuum press operator in Amelia County, Virginia. Requirements: • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets You will give each garment a final press before packing; meet the daily piece target without damaging garments; press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching; fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press; shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board; sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number. 1+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Pay around $3,200 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
