Now hiring: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Wilson County, Texas. You will be based in a metal finishing workshop. Ideal candidate: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Day to day you will keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations. 4+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $4,200 per month, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
