Now hiring: we are hiring a groundskeeper in Montgomery County, New York. You will work in a botanical garden. You should have: • Happy to work outdoors in all weather • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage You will cut back tree branches and clear overhanging limbs; dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds; operate strimmers, leaf blowers and brush cutters; prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers; spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. Contact us to fix an interview.
