We are recruiting: we are hiring a butcher in Minnehaha County, South Dakota. Day-to-day duties: • Season and marinate meat on request • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain You should have: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • 2+ years experience working as a butcher At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
