Join our team: we are hiring a bread baker in Johnson County, Missouri. You will work at an in-store supermarket bakery. On the job you will handle: • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight What we are looking for: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Part-time with flexible hours.
