Head baker — Dallas County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a head baker in Dallas County, Alabama. The job is at a busy bakery. Requirements: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics You will weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; score the top of loaves before baking; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
