Join our team: we are hiring a cnc lathe operator in Custer County, Colorado. The job is in a tool room. Your main tasks: • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part • Write and edit G-code programs at the control • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed Requirements: • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred Part-time with flexible hours.
