Surface coating operator — Humboldt County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Humboldt County, Iowa. You will work at an automotive components factory. The role involves: • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations You should have: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
