Day to day you will thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension; trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality; press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges. You should have: • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory Performance bonus on top of base pay.
