Metal caster — Jahun

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a metal caster in Jahun, Jigawa State. Day-to-day duties: • Maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings • Operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant • Carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand • Check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring • Make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities • Fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges You should have: • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts ₦195,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
