Oven operator — Gwandu

Join our team: we are hiring an oven operator in Gwandu, Kebbi State. Day to day you will pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds. Requirements: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Part-time with flexible hours. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. We offer ₦4,500 per day plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
