The role involves: • Record production counts on the shift sheet • Wipe down and sanitise the line following hygiene rules • Separate rejects and re-pack faulty units • Weigh and portion products before bagging • Stack and arrange goods onto pallets for dispatch • Count units and confirm the correct quantity per carton What we are looking for: • Understanding of basic food hygiene for food packing • Attention to detail for date codes and labelling 3+ years on the tools preferred.
