Surface coating operator — Luna County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Luna County, New Mexico. You will work at a fabrication and coating plant. The role involves top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches. Requirements: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Full-time, day shift. Contact us to fix an interview.
