Requirements: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat The role involves: • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
