Vacancy available: we are hiring a vacuum press operator in Vermillion County, Indiana. You will work in a busy laundry. On the job you will handle: • Clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents • Check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots • Meet the daily piece target without damaging garments • Remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron • Use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics You should have: • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment Pay around $2,700 per month, based on your experience. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
