Escalator technician — Oscoda County

Join our team: we are hiring an escalator technician in Oscoda County, Michigan. You will be based on a high-rise construction site. The role involves: • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway • Rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables • Mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators • Test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake • Fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork You should have: • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
