Punch press operator — Divide County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a punch press operator in Divide County, North Dakota. You will be based at a white goods manufacturing plant. On a typical shift you will check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges; fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting; watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts; carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor; load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed. What we are looking for: • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
