Urgent requirement: we are hiring a steward in Henderson County, Tennessee. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. You will keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies. What we are looking for: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Part-time with flexible hours.
