Lathe programmer-operator — Christian County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a lathe programmer-operator in Christian County, Illinois. You will work in a precision engineering workshop. On the job you will handle: • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) Requirements: • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls $3,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
