Stone mason wanted in Chittenden County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a stone mason in Chittenden County, Vermont. You will work at a kitchen worktop showroom. What we are looking for: • Good eye for joints, levels and overall finish • Reliable timekeeping and able to work in a team • 2+ years' experience working with marble, granite and natural stone On a typical shift you will seal natural stone against staining with impregnating sealers; shape edges, bullnoses and bevels with an angle grinder and profiling wheels; restore old marble by honing, crystallising and buffing back to finish; level and align slabs so joints stay tight and surfaces sit flat. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. $4,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
