What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards You will keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; prepare the mise en place before each service; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
