Stitching operator wanted in Toombs County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a stitching operator in Toombs County, Georgia. You will work in a small denim manufacturing unit. The role involves: • Stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance • Trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go • Thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension • Topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish • Set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers • Attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet What we are looking for: • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance Full-time with occasional weekends.
