Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Black Hawk County, Iowa. What we are looking for: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Willing to work shifts and overtime The role involves: • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
