Ideal candidate: • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker • Able to lift and carry heavy loads such as 50 kg cement bags all day Day-to-day duties: • Backfill and ram down soil around the foundations • Erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up • Pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator • Bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns • Hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
