Great opportunity: we are hiring a JCB operator in Guthrie County, Iowa. Day-to-day duties: • Keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook • Work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals • Level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines • Stockpile and spread material to the required levels • Keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines Ideal candidate: • Understanding of safe digging near underground services • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Able to operate excavator, loader and dozer confidently $3,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
