Now hiring: we are hiring a dishwasher in Northampton County, North Carolina. What we are looking for: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts The role involves hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils.
