Construction helper — Reno County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a construction helper in Reno County, Kansas. What we are looking for: • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker • Wear safety helmet, boots and gloves at all times • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio The role involves: • Set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction • Bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns • Hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors • Stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage • Break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker • Load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
