We are recruiting: we are hiring a chef de partie in Branch County, Michigan. You should have: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays On a typical shift you will follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; prepare the mise en place before each service.
