Sheet metal press operator — Putnam County

Join our team: we are hiring a sheet metal press operator in Putnam County, Georgia. Day to day you will load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed; top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways; set up and change stamping dies and tooling; clear scrap and offcuts from the die area; watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts; check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges. What we are looking for: • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts Pay around $2,600 per month, based on your experience.
