Cake decorator — Hopkins County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a cake decorator in Hopkins County, Kentucky. You will be based at an in-store supermarket bakery. You should have: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Accurate at weighing and following recipes You will roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Contact us to fix an interview.
