Urgent requirement: we are hiring a plastering hand in Fayette County, Kentucky. Requirements: • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents • Reliable timekeeping and a strong work ethic Day to day you will dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming; check walls for plumb and level as you go; polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush; float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge; skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration; apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
