Now hiring: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Rawlins County, Kansas. You will work at a powder coating unit. Day-to-day duties: • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow You should have: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
