Great opportunity: we are hiring a crawler dozer operator in Eastland County, Texas. The role involves grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms; form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle; rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank; carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil; clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin; follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence 5+ years on the tools preferred.
