We are recruiting: we are hiring a bricklayer in Colbert County, Alabama. You will work at a groundworks and structures site. You will erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts; spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel; buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge; cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder; setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge. You should have: • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided.
