Join our team: we are hiring a formwork joiner in Escambia County, Alabama. You will be based at a precast concrete yard. What we are looking for: • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts The role involves brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour; check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line; assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN); cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs; fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure. Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. $2,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
