Overlocker operator • Maigatari, Jigawa State

Great opportunity: we are hiring an overlocker operator in Maigatari, Jigawa State. You will be based on an export house sewing floor. Ideal candidate: • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens The role involves: • Trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go • Set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers • Match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching • Topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. ₦750 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
