Conventional mill operator • Lonoke County, Arkansas

Now hiring: we are hiring a conventional mill operator in Lonoke County, Arkansas. You will be based in a toolroom. Your main tasks: • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence What we are looking for: • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift Rotating shifts. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. We offer $4,700 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
